Is the Aqua Park open during winter too?

The Aqua Park is open all year long. In winter, the slides are open on request. You can ask a lifeguard to turn them on for you.

Is the water at Aqua Park heated in winter?

The Relax Pool is the only heated pool during winter.

Is there animation in winter too?

Yes. The hotel offers a program of animation and activities throughout the year.

Do you do airport transfers?

What is included in the All Inclusive formula?

All meals and all drinks are included except: natural orange juice, espresso coffee, luxury spirits, shisha, Spa, laundry, Aqua Park Snack..

What types of alcohol do you serve?

We serve brewed beer and local alcohols (wine, spirits ...).

From when to when can we use the All Inclusive?

From 9 am to midnight.

Is there a shuttle to the city?

Yes. The hotel offers 7 roundtrips Hotel / City Center, 3 of which are free. One way costs 30 MAD.

Is there WiFi in the rooms?

Yes. There is free WiFi everywhere, except at the main restaurant and bar.

Is there an iron in the rooms?

For security reasons, we removed the irons from the rooms. We do however have a paid laundry service at the hotel.

Are the rooms heated / air conditioned?

Yes. Rooms have air conditioning and heating.

Does the hotel provide pool towels?

Yes. Under presentation of a receipt issued by the reception, the animation box will give you your towels. Once the towels are returned, the deposit is canceled. It is forbidden to take room towels to the pools.

How much is the local tax?

The city tax is 19.80 MAD per night and per person of 12 years old and more.

Is there a nursery for babies?

No. The Kids Club accepts children from 4 to 12 years old.

Is there a currency exchange office and an ATM at the hotel?

Yes, we have both.
